Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.
Vinification and refinement: In stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least three months.
Food pairingsAppetizers, seafood salad, first courses with fish. Recommended with light second courses without dressings or seasonings.
