Grape variety: Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) 100%
Vineyard and production area: Selected grapes from the first limestone-clay belt of Lake Garda in the municipality of Pozzolengo.
Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.
Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. 20% of the wine makes a passage of 2 months in French barriques, with subsequent refinement for at least three months in the bottle.
