Grape variety: Trebbiano di Lugana
Vineyard and production area: The particles used, come from the first limestone-clayey belt of Lake Garda. Grapes carefully selected from vineyards of extraordinary vocation to Lugana.
Training system: Row crop with guyot pruning.
Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed by post-bottling refinement for at least three months.
