Vinification and refinement: Traditional in red, with cold maceration to maximize aromatic extraction.

ColorRuby red with intense purple hues.
BouquetFine, vinous and fruity. The scents of small red fruits such as blackberry and blueberry and floral hints of violet are more pronounced.
TasteEffervescence is very delicate, soft, pretty fresh and tasty, full-bodied.
Food pairingsIdeal with stuffed pasta, broth, risotto, cold cuts, boiled and roasted meats, fatty cheese. Recommended also with traditional cakes: sbrisolona and other dry pastries.
